Our core stock is educational music relating mostly to the piano but we can obtain any title of sheet music that you may require. Mark and Annemarie Gasparini have been actively involved in music all their lives.

 

Mark recently finished working in the music retail industry after completing 40 years of service. His area of expertise is sheet music and any instrument with a keyboard. Mark is always happy to offer advice and information where he can.

 

Mark plays the piano professionally for private and corporate functions and over the years has been a resident pianist for many of the top venues and hotels in Auckland. Mark also teaches piano using both traditional methods as well as giving students the tools to develop improvisational skills.

 

Annemarie is a teacher of piano, singing and theory. She is the Trinity College London National Coordinator for NZ and Australia.  Annemarie is an active member of the Institute of Registered Music Teachers NZ.  She is the Auckland Branch Chairperson and the District 1 representative on the National Council of the Institute.

We believe it is very beneficial for our young people to take part in the performing arts, and particularly in music.  It has been proven that learning a musical instrument considerably improves a student's numeracy and literacy skills . Studying music, both in terms of developing an appreciation, and being an active participant is an extremely productive way to enrich one's life.
